One of my friends picked up a brand new 2016 Durango two months ago, suede/leather interior. His 10 year old son thought it would be a good idea to take a pocket knife to the rear seat.
Any recommendations for a shop in Indy to fix or replace?

I think it’s only fair the kid should “donate” the replacement leather. :P

I would replace the son. If he’s taking a knife to a car there’s no fixing him.

First place I’d call is our branch in Indianapolis, and that’s only because I know they’re there:
Classic Soft Trim
Auto Upholsterer
Address:

I don’t know of independent shops in Indy but if he goes to the dealer it’ll be very expensive. Note, however, that if it’s the style in your photo that we won’t have it. If it’s straight black/stitched/suede/perforated then we can get it for sure
Looking at the Durangos on the lots around me - if he just mangled the cushion I’d say we’re OK. But if he got the backrest in the middle row, getting the R/T embroidery can be a pain - even though we have it:
Since MOPAR has a contract with Katzkin, they may try to sue.
